We want you to feel confident that you're getting the best deal every time you shop with us. That's why we back every purchase with our Best Price Guarantee: if you find an identical, in-stock item advertised for less by an authorized retailer, we'll match it.
How It Works
- Find an identical item, in stock, advertised for less by an authorized retailer.
- Submit a price match request before or shortly after you place your order (see submission window below).
- Our team verifies the competing price and, once approved, adjusts your total to match it.
What Counts as the "Price" We Match
To keep the comparison fair, the price we match is the competitor's full out-the-door price for the item, not just the sticker price. That means the comparison must include:
- The item's listed price
- Any shipping fees the competitor charges
- Any handling, delivery, or additional processing fees the competitor charges
We compare our full price (including our own shipping and handling, where applicable) against the competitor's full price (including theirs). If a competitor advertises a lower item price but adds shipping or handling fees that bring their total at or above ours, the item does not qualify for a price match. Taxes are excluded from the comparison on both sides.
Eligibility Requirements
For a price match to qualify, the competing offer must meet all of the following:
- Identical item: same brand, model number, color, size, and specifications as the item you're purchasing from us.
- In stock: the competitor must have the item available for immediate purchase and shipment, not backordered or listed as a preorder.
- Authorized retailer: the competitor must be an authorized dealer of the brand in question.
- Verifiable price: the price must be publicly advertised and verifiable (a live product page, current printed ad, or similar), with a date and, if online, a working link.
- Currency and region: the price must be in U.S. dollars and available to customers in the same region.
What's Excluded
The following do not qualify for a price match:
- Auction listings or liquidation pricing
- Open-box, used, refurbished, or damaged items
- Pricing errors or obvious mistakes
- Items from a competitor that is out of stock, on backorder, or has an estimated ship date
- Rebates, financing offers, credit card discounts, or membership-only pricing (such as club or loyalty pricing)
- Items from a competitor that is out of stock, on backorder, or has an estimated ship date
